At the beginning of the first one, JoCo says “Um” only once, as opposed to the beginning of the third one, where he says it (or a slight variation) three times.
…and in the second video, you’re the only person in-frame without a beard.

Your expensive haircut was incredibly fetching! In the first video, you probably didn’t have sealegs.
In the first one, I was oblivious to the awesome (such is the fate of not being present). In the second, I was awesomely blissed.
The one on the ship was slower. Noticed it at the time, actually. Was that intentional?
Storm’s trombone playing has improved. Has he been practicing? Also, In the first video, I think JoCo is fingerpicking more and playing a bass line. He seems to be strumming more in the second vid. (and I adored your hair in the first vid)

I think I was born with a defect that prevents me from telling a cheap haircut and an expensive haircut apart.
I always walk out of a hair…cut…place wondering if I got screwed, knowing full well if I did get a bad haircut people would be too polite to point it out.
Oh yeah, I had meant to comment on this but then couldn’t decide whether to do two parallel lists like you did or just mention things randomly, and eventually I threw out the whole draft.
In the second one, Paul has a beard. The first one I’ve only seen in low-resolution, and I have an mp3 of it which I got via Mark Gordon somehow. The second one, I saw in high-resolution 3D from within panty-throwing distance, which was fantastic, although I was slightly disappointed by the lack of mangoes. I can’t believe nobody has mentioned that in the first video, you sing My Monkey afterwards, whereas in the second one, you sing Always The Moon after that video finishes. Also, in the second one, you’re wearing a JoCo Cruise Crazy badge, although the other performers aren’t.
